• Photos you upload for avatar generation (facial images)
• Purchase history for credit balance management
• Basic device information (device model, OS version) for app compatibility
• App preferences stored locally on your device

2. How Your Photos Are Processed

Your photos are sent to Black Forest Labs, a third-party AI service, for processing using their FLUX image generation model. Specifically:

• Photos are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS 1.3) to Black Forest Labs' servers
• The AI service uses your photo solely to generate the requested avatar
• Photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on any server
• Photos are automatically deleted from the processing server immediately after avatar generation is complete
• We do not use your photos for AI model training or any purpose other than generating your requested avatar

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Black Forest Labs (FLUX) — processes your photos to generate avatars using their FLUX AI model. Subject to Black Forest Labs' data processing policies. We have data processing agreements in place to ensure your data is handled securely.
• Apple StoreKit — handles in-app purchases. Subject to Apple's privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Storage

• Your credit balance and app preferences are stored locally on your device
• Generated avatars are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers
• We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Decline photo processing (the app will not function without photo upload, but no data is collected until you choose to upload)
• Delete generated avatars from your device at any time
• Manage your privacy consent preferences from Settings
• Request information about any data we may hold

6. Children's Privacy

AvatarAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
